Slow growth and an active, outdoor, 100% pasture-fed life gives real depth of flavour plus delicate marbling throughout the meat.  It is then hung for an aging process which improves the concentration of flavour and tenderness even further. Each 5kg box contains steaks, burgers, diced, mince and a joint.
